Born in NYC, Melanie spent her childhood in Lima, Peru (Si, hablo Español!), grew up in Central Florida and moved to a small military town in NC after marrying her husband. After spending enough time in a small town, Melanie yearned to live in a place with a big city feel, that was more walkable, that offered plenty of fun activities, food options, and places to explore. So in 2021, she and her husband made that dream come true and moved to Wilmington, NC. 

 

Melanie’s entrepreneurial spirit, mixed with her father’s advice, led her to enter the world of real estate in 2016. For years she worked closely with military families relocating to the area from another state. Her favorite part of working with clients is seeing people’s face when they find the home that is "the one", celebrating at the closing table with a memorable gift, and baking goodies for her past clients during the holidays.

 

In her free time, she loves to take walks down the riverwalk with her husband and pup, hike Carolina Beach State Park, and soak up both the city vibes and the gorgeous nature that Wilmington has to offer
