As a Maine native who swapped snowy winters for Wilmington’s sunny skies and coastal charm, Hannah understands firsthand the excitement and challenges of finding the perfect place to call home! Since making the move, she has fully embraced the vibrant lifestyle this community offers — along with her cat, Mr. Mosby, who seems to love the warm weather as much as she does! 

 

Before pursuing real estate, Hannah successfully ran her own personal training business for four years, where she developed a client-first mindset, strong work ethic, and a knack for helping people achieve their goals. These same qualities now drive her passion for guiding clients through the home buying and selling journeys! 

 

In addition to her real estate work, Hannah has gained valuable experience working alongside her boyfriend to purchase, renovate, and manage rental properties. By assisting with these projects, it has given her firsthand insight into what it takes to identify great investment opportunities and maximize a property’s potential. When Hannah is not working, she enjoys exploring Wilmington’s unique antique and thrift shops, hiking local trails, and soaking up the sun at the beach.
