Blair grew up in Morehead City, NC, and moved to Wilmington after committing to play soccer at UNCW. She graduated from the Cameron School of Business with concentrations in Accounting and Management Information Systems, which led to her starting a professional career in IT. Growing up, Blair knew she wanted to invest in real estate as soon as possible as this is a great way to set someone up for future financial success. 

 

In 2021, she successfully purchased her first home and has since started growing her investment portfolio with her husband, who is a real estate appraiser in Wilmington. Blair manages the day-to-day activities for their short- and long-term rentals, and she has had so much fun renovating and decorating each property. She has recently obtained her real estate license to continue pursuing her passion for real estate. 

 

Blair is so excited to share her knowledge and start helping others invest in their future; whether that is finding the perfect home, creating the perfect home or purchasing the perfect investment property. Apart from real estate, Blair also loves playing soccer, volleyball, pickle ball and ping pong, and enjoys mastering new hobbies like gardening, embroidery, and pottery.
